Have you ever done martial arts before?
What made you start training at Champions Gym?
I saw the results that training had on my sister and wanted the same for myself!
How many days a week do you train and for how long?
I try to train atleast 5 days a week for a minimum of one hour.
How much weight have you lost and how long has it taken?
I have lost 10 kilograms in three months.
What would you say is the biggest benefit overall?
My cardio fitness has improved dramatically and physically I have become a lot more toned.
Was the training difficult?
I wouldn’t call the training difficult, I would say more challenging and engaging, working out and always being surprised by what’s to come next in training.
What can you say to those looking to start training?
I would encourage people to give it a go as they would definitely see rapid results and enjoy the training classes at the same time. I know I did!
What are your future goals?
To improve my Muay Thai, Boxing and Kickboxing technique/skills and lose 5 more kilograms…
