Mums & Bubs now Ladies Kick Fitness
Just a quick notice to inform you that Mums & Bubs Fitness Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays 9.30am are now Ladies Kick Fitness classes. These classes are a great way for stay at mums, wives and ladies who work varying shiftwork & FIFO to be able to work out in the morning. These classes also run in the evenings Mondays & Thursdays at 5.45pm and are our most popular, the only difference being that the 9.30am classes have a baby minding service in the same room as the exercise area for the session!
Ladies Kick Fitness combines Boxing, Kickboxing, Muay Thai & Strength & Conditioning and is a fun and exciting way to work out dedicated to the female figure and those looking for a work out that is dynamic and exciting, all the while specifically formulated to getting results fast – Whether it be fat burn, weight loss, toning, fitness and/or improving overall health & vitality.
Ladies Kick Fitness is not only a great way to work out but also a great way to socialise with other ladies, belong, connect & get results!
