Biggest Loser Challenge Winners!
Champions Gym hosted the first of it’s 8 Week “Biggest Loser” Challenge with 20 male and 14 female contestants over the August – September period. The competition saw each contestant putting in $20 each with a jackpot prize pool for the male and female who managed to lose the most amount of total body fat in the space of eight weeks.
Contestants were then expected to eat, drink, live and train healthy with the regular choice of classes of Boxing, Muay Thai, Boot Camp, Strength & Conditioning, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Ladies Kick Fitness at Champions Gym. Not only did the individuals try their hardest and worked hard for the goal, but the final weigh-in showed some astounding results:
Male division winner Kumar managing to lose a total of 6% body fat and a total of 9.4 kilograms
Runner up Gary lost a total of 4.9% body fat and 1.9 kilograms
Third place – Mark lost a total of 4.4% body fat and 4.7 kilograms.
Female division winner saw Champions Gym Muay Thai Fight Team member Victoria lost a total of 4% body fat and a total of 3 kilograms.
