2 x New classes added to the timetable!
We’ve decided it’s time to change things up so we’ve added to great new classes to the timetable – Wrestling and Yoga!
Wrestling is one of the most powerful and complimenting sports to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and MMA so we decided it was time to include it in Champions Gym’s Wednesday Timetable of 6.45pm. Yoga – Not only great for improving flexibility, health and balance was brought in with the intent to allow members to be able to have a low impact, relaxing alternative but highly beneficial work out after a hard week’s training being included on a Friday at 5.45pm.
