Nathan’s New Body After Losing 12 Kilograms!

Sad day today as we say goodbye to the body lost by Nathan. It has become so bad now that people who haven’t seen him in a long time don’t recognise him. He’s fitter, stronger and looks 10 years younger going from 85kgs to a lean mean 73kgs through eating less shit food, dedicating 6 to 8 hours a week at Boxing & Strength training and drinking plenty of water every day – A whopping 12 kilos… RIP Old bod. Amazing work Nathan Giglia
