“I started training at the beginning of January 2017. Nowadays I try to make 3-4 Muay Thai sessions a week. I feel great! I’ve been steadily improving my fitness, lost about 6kgs in body weight so far and still plan to lose a fair bit more. I still die during some of the sessions but that’s because I’m also pushing harder. It’s been super fun rather than a chore to exercise.”
