Strength & Conditioning or “S&C” is a great way to your overall physique and focuses on exercises to improve your physical performance. Exercises include plyometrics, speed, agility, endurance and core stability combined with strength training and team challenges.

S&C is a bonus class offered at Champions Gym as it complements Boxing, Muay Thai, MMA & Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu training and welcomes men and women of all experience and fitness levels.
