What Do We Do At This Event?

We open the doors to our members-only club, see what it’s like to train in a class, get to know our coaches, experience our community and most importantly, see if it’s right for you, and your health and fitness goals! There is absolutely no pressure to join. Come and give it a ago!!!

Do I Need To Get Fit Before I Start?

Definitely NOT. That’s just like asking “do I need to be smart before I go to school”. Here at Champions Gym, we understand that everyone has to start somewhere and it takes courage to take the first step. We understand you and we get you, and we’re here to help build your confidence and your fitness, day by day.

Will I Get Hurt?

Your safety and wellbeing, and that of each person within our community, is of utmost importance to us at Champions Gym. There is no doubt that combative martial arts such as Boxing and Muay Thai attract an element of danger (as with many of the everyday things we do in life), but our general classes have been developed and structured in such a way as to avoid the possibilities of physical injury making it suitable to all, especially women, who just want to get fit and reap the countless benefits of training.

What If I Don't Have Anyone To Go With?

We understand that the thought of walking into a new place, and not knowing anyone can be daunting. As former members of other clubs over the years, we’ve identified where to improve and want to make your experience as enjoyable as possible. The coaches are amazing and will ensure that you are well looked after. They’ll always do their best to pair you with someone who is a good match in terms of size and experience, and if they can’t, will look after you themselves!

What Do I Need To Bring?

Not a lot! We ask that you bring a water bottle, towel, comfortable workout attire and most importantly, an open mind…We’re here to take your hand and show you what we do, how we do it, and why we do it!

Can I Bring A Friend?

Absolutely! The most important thing when coming to something new is having someone there with you. We completely understand. Our Coaches are masters at making newcomers feel welcome, but if you feel better, bring a friend! Submit their details in the form below!
