Our youth boxing classes are designed for teens between the ages of 13 and 17 and aim to build strong, healthy, confident youngsters with a passion to succeed. With us, you’ll learn how to box while developing invaluable social skills and making lifelong friendships and relationships along the way.

Our modern, bespoke training facility is staffed by full time, dedicated coaches who promote positivity, security and inclusivity. And to ensure that you get the best training and the best guidance, the coaches are constantly updating their skills.
Our boxing for teens classes are only available to members which means you’ll be training with like-minded people who understand the importance of consistency, dedication and application. In addition to boxing, we also offer Muay Thai and strength and conditioning classes so you can take your fitness and skills to the next level. However, we believe that we offer much more than physical training. When you train at Champions Gym, you’ll learn about nutrition, recovery, the importance of mindset and how to fit into a community.
