STRENGTH & CONDTIONING
Strength & Conditioning or “S&C” is a great way to your overall physique and focuses on exercise to improve your physical performance.
Exercise include plyometrics, speed, agility, endurance and core stablility combined with strength training and team challenges.

YOUTH BOXING (13-17)
Our Youth Boxing program is designed for children aged 13 to 17. Champions Gym Youth Boxing Program aims at building the next generation of adult that is independent, strong, healthy, confident and tenacious in pursuit of success.
This is the perfect program for teenagers to learn in an inclusive environment, build valuable social skills, make lifelong friends, all whilst learning super valuable self defence skills.
Our Youth Boxing Program offers a discount rate for teenagers aged between 13 to 17. Youth Boxing members are also able to join the Muay Thai, Strength and Conditioning after attending the minimum required classes.
